Devin Johnston Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 I've got an object that has a multi sub object material applied, there are two different materials with their own id's and the object has the appropriate material ID set. I need each material to have it's own UVW mapping, so I've applied two UVW maps to the object with the mapping channels matching the material ID but the second UVW map has no affect on the material. azeta3d Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 Hey! i think the problem is that the channel on the uvw map modifier does not refer to the material id but to the Map channel inside de map you want to be affected by the uvw map, in the image below you can see where to change that inside the map, hope it works, cheers!
