Floor Reflection Problem

reduce the reflection value and make reflection little jittering coz it's looking like mirror floor never looks like this such reflective.

 

You'd be surprised - a polished concrete floor for example will often buff to a 'mirror like' finish:-

They were just from a Google image search...plenty more examples out there - in the second example the reflection is only rippled due to the surface being uneven - the reflection itself is very smooth.

 

Back to the original question - it's always useful to render out a reflection pass as a render element and then you have far greater control of your reflections in Photoshop (paint it in/out, darken it, colour balance it, etc)...other than that it may well be a case of reducing your reflection values in the material.
