JamesL
In the last couple of weeks I seem to have lost some of the right click function in the 3DS Max viewport. I know it's not a hardware issue as I can right-click in other places in Max (e.g. tool bar, menus, modifiers, etc) and have no problems in any other software! Bizarrely, I haven't lost all of my alternative right-click functions - I can still Ctrl-Right click (giving me Primitives/Transform menus), Alt-Right click (Transform/Pose/Co-ordinates/Set) and Alt-Shift-Right click (Reactor menus)...but I've lost Shift-Right click and Ctrl-Alt-Right click as well as simple Right-click. As far as I can see there isnt anywhere to turn these functions on/off - has anyone come across this before? For reference, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Max but the issue remains - if anyone can shed some light on this I'd be grateful! JamesL
Anyone got any thoughts on this? Still got no right-click function...have found a work around for most functions but if anyone has a solution it'd be appreciated?
Crazy Homeless Guy
If I had to guess I would say Customize > Preferences > Viewport Control > Mouse Control > Untick 'Right Click Menu Over Selected Only.' ....but that is just a guess.
