Architectural visualisation start-up grants in Scotland?

I am planning to set up as freelance from next year and am looking into the possibilities of start-up grants for harware/software etc. Do any readers have experience (good or bad) with this matter. I would be interested to know whether visualisers fit into the arts or service provider catagories?

I hope the Scottish government have a slightly more enlightened attitude for supporting start-ups than here in England as most of the funding has being cut here in the North East.
