The Quadro NVS is a Geforce 8400 with no added 3D capabilities and the 310 is the lowest end thing nVidia actively markets. The 4650 is what the Tom's Hardware site refers to as the "best video card for under $55" and until last month it was included in the Intern system at 3datstech.com.
