Andrew1
Just wondering if anyone could help out, I got this out door scene, where I control the environment by a couple of ligh systems, I got a dome sky illuminated with separate light , I got about 1000 2D trees illuminated by secondary directional lights, now my model inside my scene is illuminated by v ray sun, I am using HSV exponential color mapping and I tried to control the shadow by dark multiplyer but that it interferes with the entire scene render, is there a way I can brighten vray sun shadows ???? right now the model shadow is pitch black..., I gave up on using vray camera due to way too much unnecessary controls that I don't need..... anyone ??? thanks. Stephen Thomas
If you want to increase the brightness in your shadow areas then I would suggest increasing the illumination in your skylight, since that is what's illuminating the areas not hit by direct light.
