3ds Max and Vissim

Hello, I'm having some issues trying to import vehicles from Vissim into 3ds Max, they are very low rez, does someone has some experience with this?

I looked at vissim a few months ago and I noticed that the vissim vehicles are low res. So when you bring them into max you could use the replace command to replace them with higher res vehicles
