Vray 2.0 pricing

I own a license for Vray standard and RT, and was wondering if anyone knew what the upgrade price will be?

I think what I'm looking for is does the fact that I have purchased the two products not entitle me to a different discount than say someone who has just bought vray?

I warned them about this 2 weeks ago before the pricing was officially announced, but they did not think it warranted a change. It will be interesting to see if they change their pricing to accommodate RT and V-Ray owners.

Jeff, i can't help feeling that there should be a discount, so fingers crossed. I basically never ended up using RT as the initial release was too slow or buggy. I was hoping it might fit into my work flow or at least function better with a hardware upgrade further down the line.

 

To discover I basically paid for nothing would be a bit of a kick in the guts.

For my part, I did use and still using Vray RT on regular basis.. a good part of my workflow and worth every penny I spent on it. Of course, I would like to have a bigger discount as I own Vray + Vray RT, but if it is not, the year plus of Vray RT use worth it.
