mskin
hello - not sure where to put this one. im building a power point presentation. as slides, i've inserted flash movies (clickable, interactive) that show the progression/phasing of a project. they are 1280/720. the issue is that im getting "jaggies" on most of the lines and im not quite sure whats causing it. i assume its some sort resolution issue. although, when i view the swf's through HTML, they appear fine. any ideas? thanks. sometimes it really sucks trying new stuff. Claudio Branch
My experience with embedding video into PP has been about the same. The workaround is usually just playing your movies outside of the program with a media player or you might try hyperlinking to it with a piece of text. The best solution we found though was to just get a Mac Notebook and use Keynote.
jinsley
I'm sorry this is vague... I remember doing a presentation a while ago and there was one format that seemed to work much better than the rest... have you tried qt or wmv? I have a feeling that is one of those two that I decided on in the end. and also, I agree with Claudio, Keynote is a much better choice... along with a handful of others. I havn't used any recent versions of PP, but I remember it being very dated, and limited.
