Looking for Dimensions

I don't know of specific sites, but may I recommend what I use: the "Architectural Graphic Standards" book as it has standard dimensions for many of the usual architectural elements... your best bet would be to get one of the older versions though, stay away from the lastest versions as these I've found to be more of an engineering handbook than a graphic standards book.

As stated, Graphics Standards is well.... the standard. See if you can get an old used one as there is no need to spend $200 on a recent copy. Mine is from 1963 and has most of the things I need. Only paid $1 at a library sale :D

I agree.. I have a edition 9 which is from the late 90's.. much more of the little stuff then the new one in my opinion. This edition or any of the one's before are what you should look for.
