msi 890gx mother board

 

corsair ram 4Gb

 

i want to buy a graphics card, im using autocad, 3dsmax & photoshop.

 

my budget is (6000-7000-indian money)

I don't know any specific information about the hardware market in India, but if I understand correctly you have about $150 USD to spend, and if the prices there are the same as they are here, the cards you should consider are the Radeon 5750 and 5770 and the Geforce GTS 450. (My preference would be for the Radeon 5770 - at $140-150 it's the best value in this class, and in various benchmarks it's noticeably faster in Direct3D and OpenGL than the 5750 or the GTS 450 - but if you have or plan to buy software that uses CUDA, get the Geforce.)

5770 supports render in 3dsmax?

Rendering in Max isn't dependent on the GPU, unless you're talking about iray or Vray RT for GPU (not regular Vray, just that one part of Vray). iray requires nVidia hardware, and Vray RT for GPU is supposed to work on both but currently only runs on nVidia.

 

Now, keep in mind that none of these cards is going to be fantastic for using either of those programs, and your best bet for rendering is probably going to be regular mental ray or Vray, which will run quite well on your AMD CPU regardless of what video card you have.
