sheir
Hi, what is the min. good resolution for animation in projector is it ok for 800X600 , what is your opinion? Thanks
neil poppleton
800 x 600 is reasonable but if you can double it. All dependant on rendering times and equipment available, but before HD then 800 x 600 was more than acceptable.
Fooch
Most projectors output to 1024x768 , so i would use that. There are some projectors at a higher res but they are not as popular. We normally do things at HD 720 = 1280x720 which gives it some leeway.
Nic H
always default to 1280x720 unless specifically asked not to hellos fooch
Fooch
hellos nic ........... Yeah , try to go 1280x720. Anything less wouldn't be future proof. That said, If time is tight for rendering some firms still do 720x405
STRAT
we render at 1280x720 per standard, unless asked otherwise by client.
