Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error

hi,

 

soory that this going to be breif as i'm having to rush off. If more information is needed i will post again tomorrow.

 

I'm working on viz 4 using radiosity and when i go to render a scene the application crashes and i get the following error messages.

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

c:/programe files\ autodesk viz 4 3dsviz.exe

abnormal program termination

 

straight afterwards i get a second error message:

 

3dviz.exe - application error

The instruction at "ox678f8fe2" reference memory at "0x00000000"

The memory could not be "read"

 

can anybody throw any light on the issue? i can post more info if needed.
