Arc Problem

I am modeling in AutoCad, and File Linking to 3dVIZ 3i. I have arc smoothness in AutoCAD set very high, and Interpolation in VIZ set very high, but my arcs always come out very segmented. Tessolation can not be the solution from VIZ, due to the solids being modeled in AutoCAD. Anyone have a way to fix this problem. This plagues me on a few projects, this is an old example, but I need to fix it on a much larger project where it is very noticable. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Isolate the problem walls on a new layer, relaod (just that Layer/s) with a very low ACIS deviation value, then the crown moldings won't be 10 million faces to get a smooth curve in viz.

By chance your not using ADT and the alcove is a subtractive wall modifier? Thats an entirely different can of worms.
