proEXR and after effects 7

Copy the ProEXR Comp Creator supplied by Fnord into after effects plug-in directory. Then with After Effects go to file menu and scroll down to Create ProEXR Layer Comp. Obviously you need to have your exr selected before you do this. My advice is dont bother just yet with exr workflow in after effects as it's ridiculously slow, get to grips with 3ds Max Composite (Toxik) as this chews through EXR files, of course this workflow is nodal so will take some time to get upto speed.
