It is a view for a 600 sf, second story design studio space in an existing building. Any tips for improvement would be greatly appreciated. eagle_ear
Looking good. Missing a door handle and moulding along the ceiling, but surely you are getting around to these. If you are the designer, then the crit I have is the choice of ceiling, there is a blandness there that is not up to par with the rest of the image, which is is really starting to sing. Akira329
Image looks good. I wouldn't add crown moulding under a lay-in ceiling, just my design opinion Antaiwan
Gary Ledgerwood
Thank you both for the replies. I really appreciate the input. This space is on the second story of an old cobblestone house, the existing ceiling is lay in tile and grid so I had to follow suit. Unfortunately, there is no room above the ceiling to push it up or do anything fancy. And you got me on the door handle. There is a secondary exterior egress stair behind that door and it currently has a big ugly push bar. I opted to leave it out. ;o) I agrre with Antaiwan that crown molding wouldnt really work unless I had the ability to do a gypsum board ceiling.
