Help needed - Camera Map Per pixel with Panoramic images.

Can someone suggest if this can be done in 3DS Max?

 

I want to use Camera map per pixel as it doesn't require me to subdivide my geometry.

 

Current working setup is (not using camera projection):

 

- Material applied to geometry with panorama in bitmap slot.

- Spherical UVW map applied. Gizmo moved to panoramic camera position.

 

As I said - this requires objects to be subdivided in order for pano to line up but I'd like to keep geometry to a minimum.
