hello every budy

 

 

i am doing 3d works since 5 years..now i am planning to have a render form,can any budy help me to know about the render form,like what systems,licence,....ect.

 

basicly how to establish....

Do you mean a Render Farm?

 

And I think you mean body..not budy...........

 

Do search there a re articles here on setting up a render farm.

Anyway, yes i suggest you find some articles on the internet, there should be plenty.

 

But basically there's two types of render farms;

 

bought, professional workstations which with basic licences my guess is you can get from 10k$ onward (i.e. 4 quad processors, and such, in one box...to 16 and more...only money is the limit), + side of this is it's basically one OS if i understand it correctly so you'd probably only need the basic licence, maybe one licence and one node for PC you'd work on + 1 for the workstation if you had em separate - someone correct me if i'm wrong

 

home-made render farms usually built from a bunch of regular PCs connected into a network, which would mean you'd need a node licence for every computer which sometimes come in packs so they are a bit cheaper, if you're tech savvy you might also be able to put together your own workstation, i know i saw plans on the net

 

and last but not at all the least if you have occasional project that needs a lot of horsepower hiring a render farm on the nets is usually a rather economical and efficient way to do it
