jsf
Create a simple plane in 3ds Max. In the max material editor to create a fryrender material. Select a fry emitter material. Apply the emitter material to the plane. With the emitter plane selected, go to the 3ds max modify tab and add a "FRYRENDER Object" modifier. Next open the FRYRENDER Object settings box and set LightMixer to Fader #2 or higher (save Fader #1 to control the sun, this is done in the render setup dialog). Add a fry camera to the scene and render. Faders can be controlled in the LightMixer tab while the image is rendering of after it has been stopped. Standard lights don't work in fry scenes. Use fry materials in your fry scenes.
