3D Max2009 On Windows 7

Hey Guys,

 

I got a problem, When I am using the 3D Max2009 on Windows XP everything is good ,I can manipulate the tools to animate and model the geometry well. but when I shifted to Windows 7 it became a problem. When I use the tool to move the hand and feet of the character the reaction of every move I did is late it take one and a half second before the arm moves sometime it takes two seconds and this thing thing is not normal and it gave me a headache with my study of animation and visualization. and when I rotate the view port the head or feet seems to pop off screen then it return to normal after one

second. and when I drag the view port to left and right the reaction is slow it takes a second before it drags.

 

Anybody can help me? Please!
