Leaf Roof Modeling

Leaf is the way it has been described, as in a leaf blowing in the wind...............

 

Anyway I have having trouble modeling this roof correctly.

I can fudge it with FFD's ect, but it is being used as a template for the engineer to design from also.

So can anybody tell me a correct and accurate way of using the section lines I have been given to swip or mesh this correctly.

I'd start with an editable spline using the bezier curves to get your shape, add a surface modifier, and then depending on your final needs add either an Edit Patch modifier (to tweek further) or Edit Poly modifier.

I think FormZ could do this pretty easy. Likely Rhino too.
