gputhige
Hi I have been doing some Arch Viz work with 3DS Max and VRay. While my outputs look so good on my Desktop I5 system with Nvidia Graphic card and 21"monitor(Benq), the same image (jpg) looks drab on my Laptop. Even my customers complain that the image is not so good. I have read a lot on LWF (enough to get my head tizzy), but none of the settings really work. I see other guys do the renders with same settings but their final renders (jpg) look so bright and clear. Dont know if I am being critical of my work or what but end of the day, this is leading to real frustration. More so with white buildings, I have a major issue its a total white wash!!! Need help in overcoming this obstacle and would appreciate any inputs on this including some old posts/articles, tutorials etc. I could post an image or two of my renders with the settings, if some one can take a look and give me some advice Thanks GP

luckyluc
Hello Giridhar, Color Mapping : Linear Multiply Dark Multiplier : 1.0 Bright Multiplier : 1.0 Gamma : 1.0 should be 2.2 or you have to do the gammacorrecttion in photoshop See how that works out for you.
