paneli
When I configure Vray Sky (Linked with Vray Sun), I pull the Sky into GI environment as Skylight. Also Vray PhyCamera F/ 8.0, Shutter 180, ISO 100. A Vray Sky for Reflection/Refraction in GI Environment. The same Vray Sky for background Environment It works well. But, when I replace the Vray Sky with a Bitmap (only in background Environment and Reflection/Refratcion) the sky turn black, although its still configured in GI Environment (skylight) override. Anything to do with it? (I want to place a bitmap reflection in the windows, but as soon as I try that... you see) LWF is correct, I guess. BrianKitts
problem is the exposure control in the physical camera. A bitmap background isn't as bright as the vraysky. Turn off "affect background" in the vray color mapping rollout.
paneli
problem is the exposure control in the physical camera. A bitmap background isn't as bright as the vraysky. Turn off "affect background" in the vray color mapping rollout. Oh, I get it. But if I turn the exposure down, I see the sky perfectly but everything is burned. If I turn off "affect background" in the color mapping rollout I see the sky, but the Reflection/Refraction is actually what I need. I managed to put an HDRI instead (I had to incrase the multi to 70 - is that correct?) and it worked fine. But still - what about bitmaps?
