Hello and thanks for this great site

Just a little hello from me:)

 

I was very happy when I found this site, I work with CG but not in this field and it's been something I've wanted to learn more about for a long time. The forum here is really nice I already picked up a lot of useful tips so thank you very much to everyone here for sharing your knowledge.

 

I've always loved architecture, I live in Prague at the moment which is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and I like to look around me and try to recreate what I see. There's so much great work in the gallery here as well to draw inspiration from.

 

My software is Maya and I render in Mental Ray and Maxwell, so I'm hoping to get some crits on my work (when I finally get some time to make it:))as I'm looking to improve my skills with materials and lighting and there is definitely a lot of expertise here. Hopefully I can also offer some help back and share what I know.
