Sketchrender
I wanted to bring in an animation on to a coloured screen with legend on the right and it will be updating all the time, as the site model developes. I didn't realise you could edit that way in video post are you sure? Do you mean the new compositor in max 2011, the combustion or toxic that was packaged with the latest release ? Thank you all the same for the reply. philYou could do alll that in video post without ever leaving max Edited December 26, 2010 by philip kelly
JonRashid
i have not looked at the update but viedo post that was part of max 9 would allow you to composite images. You can also do direct in max window if you set your environment bgd to the first animation. Then create a board that more than fills any screen and apply your sequential png or however you wish to make your amt, Just set your material value to environ rather than texture and render out however many frames you want. This is a simple composite you can even fo your cross fades etc within your animated material
Crazy Homeless Guy
AfterEffects would be my choice for this.
