dooblecane
Ii've been using 3DS Max for a few years now and have gotten to the point where I am fairly good at doing most tasks. I used AutoCAD to do my CAD work them bring it into 3DS Max. I have been given as assignment for which I need some help. We are doing a rendering for a new set we are building and we are using some spandex material that needs to be backlit from the top and bottom with two different colors. How could I make a material that is not translucent but will show backlighting from a rear light source? It may be simple but I have no idea how to do it. Please help me. I know you guys will have the answer. I am using Mental Ray as the rendering engine. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
