apransavage
I have one machine in my render farm that had an old plugin installed on it (simbian arch materials) that I need to delete but not sure how. There are no dll or dlt files anywhere for this plugin, but when max loads I get the following error (see attached). I don't use or need this plugin but it makes this machine fail becuase of the load error with backburner. This occurs at startup without any file loaded yet, what is max (2010) referring to and how can I get rid of it? Thanks for any help! apransavage
In case anyone was wondering, I figured this out. It was an issue with the material library (mat file) being loaded at startup, "missing material" listed, deleted it, resaved, restarted Max, error goes away. I was assuming it was a plugin or script, oops!
