Deetee
hey guys, need some help here regarding the backburner job file issue... i just changed to this new company, and i having difficulty to retrieve back my job files that sent to backburner manager.... i used to be capable in handling backburner from ground... but apparently this company setting seems to be diff... can someone guide me to search where is the job files in our backburner. the manager pc is window xp 32bit. it suppose to be inside backburner folder>network>jobs there we can find all our job task... but i failed to find any this time... after did some research, i look into document and setting folders... entering all users folder, all application data folders, include those are inside local setting and those are not. i only found 1 folder with backburner>network>jobs... but unfortunately it is absolutely empty inside as well... i tried keep send new job task and check, yet i fail to find where the manager machine keeps the file.... i uninstalled all 3dsmax inside, and uninstalled backburner... delete all the folders inside backburner that is left out after uninstallation. then i reinstall again 3dsmax and backburner etc... this time it is even worse... before uninstall and reinstall process, i do have network folder inside backburner... but upon uninstall and reinstall process, there is no network folder at all inside my backburner folder. there are only 3 folders inside backburner folder, which is "backburner_html", "cfg" and "docs". i use search file and folder engine, search for the keyword "network". but fail to find any network folder that is for 3ds max backburner job task... can anyone suggest me where else can i retrieve back my job task that i sent to backburner??? or is there any place have the address log??? desperately need help... im considering reformat the whole bloody pc or just pick some other pc as manager for backburner... but i really hope to solve this issue if possible.... thanks...
