Hello,

I am an architectural designer trying to create a professional video.

I used 3DS Max Design for the animation with Mental Ray. At 3 to 5 minutes per frame it took 7 full days of processing to make 2700 frames.

I used Adobe Premier to take the stills and turn them into a video file. 720x480, 24 fps, progressive

There is a really annoying anomaly in the parking stripes.

What did I do wrong?

Can I fix it with After Effects?

Do I have to re-rendering all the bad frames?

Any suggestions?
