Jason Matthews
Hey Tom. I have to say that the day light versions are a bit more appealing than than the artificial light images. The camera placements are very odd and really make it difficult to focus on anything. Take a look at some different camera angles. Also, there does not seem to be a focus on anything. The wood floor texture has no reflection to it. I think at least you need some blurry reflections. Lastly, you GI needs a lot of work. The large splotches on the walls are indicative of this. Keep going.
Tom Hamelrijckx
... what do you mean with the lack of focus? Add Depth of field?...
Jason Matthews
I mean that there is nothing in the rendering that draws the eye, there is no subject to the rendering. If it is the bed, then play up the bed. The composition of the rendering does not have a subject. Part of that is due to the camera angle.
braddewald
This thread should be moved to the architectural visualization gallery.
