Problems exporting from max to dxf

Hello everyone,

 

I have a project that requires me to create a building in 3Ds Max than export it into .dxf format to be used for light study in relux. I am having problems exporting. That is to say that the normals on some of the polygons seem to be getting flipped for no reason. To demonstrate I have attached renderings 001 is what part of the building looks like and 002 is what I seem to be getting when I export into .dxf format. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
