RevitGary
I am looking into buying some compiler software. I cant afford the pro versions. So which is better vegas or premier elements? or another? also vegas has 3 versions and premier has 2 any preferences there? Or just go for the most expensive ones? They are within my budget. 1. vegas movie studio hd 9 for $45 2. vegas movie studio hd platinum 10 $95 3. vegas movie studio hd platinum production suite $125 4. adobe premier elements $100 5. adobe premier elements plus $140 as always thanks
Jeff Mottle
I used Vegas for many years before switching to Premiere. There are still things I prefer in Vegas. I'd personally go with Vegas so you get a full features NLE and not a watered down version of Premiere.
gfa2
I agree with Jeff. I use Vegas at home for personal stuff and Premiere at work. I prefer Vegas.

Thanks If money is an issue Vegas, otherwise I'd go with Premiere. I like both for different reasons, but Premiere is most used in the industry.
