Anyway.. could someone please tell me what type of wood this building is cladded in?? http://www.archdaily.com/91962/finger-joint-house-land-arquitectos/www-cristobalpalma-com-2/ I have searched all over, but im not getting anywhere with it and im wanting to clad a building in it for a uni project would greatly appreciate any help. -MerlyN- Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 yeah, I had seen that one... Well I can definitely say, that its not redwood. It has too many branches for redwood. From the amount of branches and slight color variations between heart and sap wood I'd say its most likely larch or pine.
