Prebuilt Model For Furniture Presentation

I have a strange project to showcase some differing office furniture layouts. It is on a very tight time requirement deadline, needs to be of the best quality, and has a decent reimbursable expense budget. My first thought was to head to Evermotion.org, purchase an Archinteriors office package, and devote my time to modeling the furniture rather than a background model and lighting setup. However, Evermotion.org does not have a good package with an office model setup that suits my needs.

 

Are there any other prebuilt offices that could be dropped into MAX with little work and rendered with my furniture dropped in - preferably Mental Ray?

You can go to office furniture sites, Haworth and HermanMiller do have pre made stuff for max.
