AsaSK
Hi everyone, I'm new to Max and am trying to make an interior with more than one floor. For this I need to make a connection between two edges, but here's the problem. I need the connection inbetween two edges, connecting to a complete edge on the other end. Shown here: The green arrow indicates where I want the connect to be. Whenever I try to do this I cannot because of the fact that there are two seperate edges there and I want to start the connection inbetween them. What do I do? gazbo
You can use the cut tool rather than connect edges. Make sure you have midpoint snap on in your snap settings. Alternatively connect the edges and then target weld the vertex that isn't where you want it to where it's supposed to be.
