Rendering an image using other proccessors from other computers.

 

 

I have just recently started up working for a company and my boss has asked me to set up a small render farm. So with using backburner i have managed to connect the compters together. there is only 3 computers working as a farm but my boss also wants me to "render an image using 6 processors" (2 from each computer)

 

anyone know how to do this?

are these going to be processors different computers from the ones that are already in the render farm or are you talking about only using select processors of the computers IN the render farm?

i want to use the computers in the renderfarm.

i know by using back burner you can send the files to the network but i want to use the computes from the renderfarm to help render the image (using all compputers to render one image)

ive got it working. i needed to use distibuted rendering but i couldnt get the spawner o activate but all i needed to do was o run as administrator.
