Your sun is blasting the face of your building so much that it's washing out any texture that's there. The light is also inconsistent because the building to the right looks like it's in shadow but it should be getting the same amount of light as it's neighbor. Everything is being washed out by this strong light so turn it down or move it to the other side so you get some sunlight on those balconies.

i dont know! i tried every thing. if i change the direction or intensity the white becomes gray and grayer and grayer....

i want just that white stays white and the textures dosnt wish out, even by direct sun shine.

help!

Since you're using a VRayPhysical Camera, you'd be better off using the whole physical setup (VRaySun+VraySky). The results are far more convincing. OR, you could go for an EXR to light the whole scene, which is something I'm personally looking into nowadays. Peter Guthrie has an amazing collection for sale on his site.

dear rick,

im not using vray sun. just a target directional light as sun.

i tried vray sun, but i didnt got better results.

this lighting model with vray physical cam and physical sky i learned from the evermotion archexteriors samples.

if you have an example scene you would help me to much to send me that file: arash983@yahoo.com

thanks!
