AXYZ-Design - Whats up?

So I ordered the pro bundle from them about a week ago and have not heard so much as a peep from them. They have a third party taking their payments but other than that nothing. I have submitted three emails and no response. I am about ready to dispute the charge on my credit card.

 

On a side note, I bought the whole animated package + still collection. I ended up buying just a few still collections here for the rendering I was working on. If Jeff offered the Pro Bundle from AXYZ I would have bought here.

I bought it 3 years ago, but I think I was able to download the content before the DVD actually came in the mail. I may be mistaken on that though, but I think I bought it about 8 hours before the deadline I wanted to use them on.

I've purchased tons of content from them and I was always sent download links within minutes, I've also never had a problem communicating with them. Try calling if you can't get a response via e-mail.

Funny thing happened. I posted this thread and within an hour there was a knock at the door from FEDEX with my package. Then not even 10 minutes after that I receive an email stating that they have responded several times and that their emails were probably in my spam folder. Sure enough, there they were. LOL. Wow what power does this website have???
