Graphite
Not really sure if this is even a good place to post a topic like this but guess theres only one way to find out... As I sit here rendering and modeling my heart out, I find that having a great soundtrack playing in the background makes me more "Happy" and productive... and some companies I've worked for felt the same and others not so much. So I got to thinking... "I wonder what other people listen to while in their zone." It seems if I hear anything with a great melodic guitar solo, I get really into it... with that said... What does your "Soundtrack" consist of?
BrianKitts
http://forums.cgarchitect.com/4250-what-you-listening-right-now.html I believe it's the longest running thread here on the forum. I personally HAVE to have tunes to work, if I'm collaborative, I put my iPhone on shuffle and only put one ear bud in so I can hear and speak to others around me. But if I'm in crunch mode, it's both headphones in.... don't bother me I'm probably slamming some deftones into my headphones and working like it's the 11th hour. My musical tastes tend to vary quite a bit, but if I need to get something done I crank up some fast paced intense tunes to really get me moving fast.
