Premier Moiré pattern

I keep getting moire pattern on our exports form adobe premier to DVD, have played around with settings but cannot get rid of it, does anyone know of a way of reducing this?

 

Or a good bit of software where i vcan add an uncompressed mov file from premier and make it into a dvd which loops.

I know nothing about Premier or DVD creation.

I wonder what the moire appears on.

I wonder if your source images are at a different pixel count than your final DVD.

So I wonder if there are resample settings you can change (say from "nearest neighbour" to "bi-linear" or some such).

I wonder what your source is, live video (of?) or 3d renders (of?).
