RPC Dashboard - UNSTABLE

Anyone else notice the ArchVision Dashboard (the utility used to download RPC content) crashing? I have two nearly identical computers. Both Dell Precision T3500, 64bit, Windows 7. When I finish downloading a collection from the Dashboard, and click "Download" to get another collection, I receive the following error every single time - "Dashboard 64-bit has stopped working" and it says Windows is collecting information about the problem blah blah blah. I have to re-open the Dashboard, wait for the "+recents added" filter to load, then click on "Collections" and navigate to the library I wish to download, try to remember which one I downloaded last (sometimes I don't immediately reopen the Dashboard - might be a day or two), hope I don't click on the wrong one (because it'll crash if I try to download another one), etc.

Anyone else? I get the same error on two computers. I emailed their support and the said to try enabling the Aero theme as this was a known problem. Must be a different error, because mine is already enabled.

I just wanted to post a follow-up to this thread. In case you weren't aware, the ArchVision Content Manager needs to be running before you launch the Dashboard. Also, there was an update released for the Dashboard a day or two ago - make sure you install the update - this seems to have fixed all my stability problems, as everything is working fine now.

Thanks to the ArchVision support staff - Jon was very helpful in diagnosing our installation, configuration, permission settings, and even took extra steps to help make sure our problem was not related to our V-Ray installation settings.
