Chris MacDonald
The only downside is you have to be perfect when you submit or else you are wasting your money. User errors, like forgetting to turn things on or off, are costly. This is the sole reason I don't really want to use Rebus. I always go with Render Nation as they always have someone on hand that will call me if they get any errors, before anyone hits render. Even if they don't get any errors, they usually check the output just to be sure that the render looks "ok". I once submitted a file which never threw up any errors, all the settings were correct and rendered fine on my PC - but on the farm they were getting massive splotches showing up. Turns out it was a file referenced in twice and thus duplicating geometry. They called me to let me know it wasn't looking right. We don't use rebus for stills, but for animation we do a quick low res render of every nth frame, that way we can check for blatent errors. We have found Rebus support to be fantastic. I've emailed them at 2am and they have replied to us within a few minutes. Rebus's plugin also avoids 99.99 % of the reference errors, or missing textures etc. We havent had any problems after 10,000's of rendered frames. rebusfarmandre
Sometimes the frame would be failed if it is stuck in the process of render. However, the system will NOT charge if it is failed. To finish rendering failed frame, please click "retry" so that the system can render failed frame again. Those frames which have been rendered will NOT be rendered and charged again. The system will start calculating the cost since the start of render, but the charge will Not be taken until a frame finishes rendering successfully. If there is any frame failing to render out, the system will Not charge from your account. Rebus do it too .. and each farm I know

renderingfoxkrunnal
your should try renderfarm3d.net. Its setup on cloud has a huge infra setup with powerful machines. The system is the most competitive in the market today with price structure to envy..Just $0.008/rendering minute..yes thats 2 decimal zeros..Its not a typo. Good support, render tracking 24x7. So even if files are rendering there is always someone tracking the render to see things are going smooth. Renderfarm3d.net, works with studios globally and can offer a custom render setup. A complete cloud infrastructure it has dedicated 800 machines + 1500 on demand. Free test renders for 5-6 frames /scene to confirm your render output.
