john2000
please help me for the settings in vray in how to remove such noise in my image during rendering time, i hope all of you my partners can help me. Try looking at your irradiance map and its settings. Large splotchy noise = irradiance map Fine granular noise = image sampler Learnt this from cgschool with Brian Smith - (excellent teaching) I guess for more details on this type of thing you could post in the V-Ray section of CGArchitect. Anyway hope this helps you
efilana
Nigel, you meant hat the image sampler should be increased?
jcaddy
Post an image of your problem. If it's granular noise as mentioned above, you can adjust the subdivs in your material as well as the noise threshold in your DMC sampler render settings. It could also be the HDR map if you're using one of those...the shadow subdivs may need to be boosted pretty high to eliminate noise.
