Selvander
This may be a simple beginner question for many of you, but how do I build windows that let in the light from outside the building? Is it the material or the model that it depends on?

Fran
Hi Anders, As Stephen said, the amount of light entering from the outside depends upon the transparency of the window glass material. If you are using radiosity, the solution will be calculated to allow sun and skylight into the space according to the transparency of the glass material. If you are using Shadow Map shadows for the sunlight, you will need to set the glass objects to not cast shadows in the Object Properties General section. If you are using Raytraced or Advanced Raytraced shadows, it doesn't matter.
