Tommy L Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 I am unfurling a flag. Un-rolling it, top down to be precise. The way Ive done thyis is to start with a profile of the flag rolled up (like a spiral spline), extruded that and then had that as my starting mesh for a rolled up flag. Then I let cloth modifier do its work and I have a nicely animated 'unrolling flag'. So, my question is: Is it possible to UVW map the flag at the end of its cycle and bake in the uvws so its mapped throughout the animation? So I would map it at frame 150? Thanks, Tom.
