gputhige
Well any windows should be okay. But on a different scope, I had problems with Win 7 64 bit Home Premium / Ultimate with networking issues. I have 5 systems which do not talk to each other at all and hence network rendering has become a major issue.
Ttandc
I took the time to answer what I thought was a legit question but if this is just some bizarre joke on your behalf then your on your own. Edited June 21, 2011 by Ttandc
notamondayfan
If you dont like the advice, or don't want to research yourself, then speak to your software vendor and ask what OS you should be using for their software. They'll give you the best advice, and will probably help you with your network problems.

AJLynn
Come on you guys, would it have been so hard to write: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit is the best OS for running a recent version of Max. There are many variants of Windows out there, and even Microsoft can't do a decent job of explaining them.

Ttandc
AJLynn I only know of 2 operating systems, Mac's and Windows. I didn't intend to be abrupt and would have been happy to be more informative if I hadn't been told that he/she was making fun and then to shut it. He/she did not put what version of max he/she was using so putting down a specific type of windows would not have been that helpful as some older version of max do not play well with newer versions of windows.
