Jeff Mottle
Wish us luck! MIAMI, FL - June 24, 2011 – Team CGschool will be competing in the 2011 Adventure Team Challenge this coming weekend (June 25-27) to support disabled athletes and veterans. The Adventure TEAM Challenge is a three-day, multisport adventure race along the Colorado River near scenic Eagle, Colorado, which teams able-bodied with disabled athletes to mountain bike, white-water raft, run, zip line, climb and rappel, while navigating the rugged high country wilderness. CGschool co-founders Jeff Mottle and Brian Smith along with three other teammates from Colorado and Virginia will make up Team CGschool. “Brian and I are really excited to be a part of such a unique event and are looking forward to competing in the Colorado high country with our team”, said Jeff Mottle, co-founder of the CGschool. “While Team CGschool are all rookie adventure racers, the team boasts a two tour US Marine veteran, a three time Ironman competitor, a West Point graduate, and wheelchair and hand cycle racer, so we have a really strong group of individuals”. In October 2010, CGschool helped coordinate communications to the press and loved ones back home for World Team Sports’ Nepal expedition, and also sponsored Justin Moore, one of the summit climbers and wounded veteran's trips to Nepal. The Soldiers to the Summit Nepal Expedition saw eleven wounded military veterans successfully reach the summit of the 20,075 foot Mt. Lobuche in the Himalayas. Brian Smith, Co-founder of the CGschool and owner of 3DATS, has also donated proceeds from his book sales to the great causes organized by World Team Sports. Save 20% with our “High Country” Special!
