luthias42
I'm not that familiar with Sketch-up, but with Max you can usually fix it by unchecking the box for effect reflections and making sure that your lights are invisible.

FreakyDroid
Looks to me like you've enabled Caustics in the Indirect Illumination tab/rollout. Turn it off.
nitin_arch
@Dimitar....no caustics are disabled....
FreakyDroid
I was gonna suggest that you disable Affect Reflections and Specular for all your lights, but I see William already said the same thing. Nothing comes to my mind what can cause this, perhaps if you post screenshots from your render settings we can help you.
John Dollus
what happens if you turn off reflections in the vray globals and/or use a med grey override material? that will help you narrow down the problem. if you still get the splotches with a diffuse override material, then it's your calc settings. M V
What are your render settings? Also, what types of lights are you using. Could have something to do with your subdiv settings on your lights. Seems to me that you need to crank up your settings.
RayOfLight
what are your lightcache subdivs settings and scale? Also, in irr.map, check sample visibility (if it exists in vray for SU) If you want to, you can send me your file and I'll check it for you, there are loads of things possible.. kippu
this is a material issue , could be the chrome or the vray light material inside the chrome lights
