John Dollus
having the sunlight come in perpendicular to the space isn't helping you out any here and the angle suggests an unrealistic location with such deep penetration into the room. adjusting that will help quite a bit along with adjusting the furniture so you aren't looking into the flat sides so much. the center of artwork on the wall should be at eye level so raise that up and the potted plants look very unstable. they seem to have been scaled down. I'd eliminate them completely. they look like cheap fake plants and aren't helping at all. are the walls supposed to be black?
O'mar
Thanks John, you are of course right in every respect, i'll soon post another render after I've made the changes you've suggested.
Wrender
To add to the comments above, I think the overall composition is weak. Perhaps zoom in a little to focus on one of the seating arrangements while still capturing the window details, rug, background materials, etc. Also, with this much daylight entering your space, the artificial lights wouldn't have glow and would look fairly dim. Consider turning them off entirely.
Blumbite - Mvd
I think the space in general (except for the walls) looks cold, not too inviting, adding some warmer colors might help. I agree with John regarding the lighting. I like the texture on the black walls and the feel the painting adds to the room. I would move the two chairs farther down a bit as seem to be to close to the walls. And there's something about the style of the floor and the rugs which doesn't quite convince me, they don't seem to much up very well, maybe changing the rugs would make it a bit better.
