Screen Flikering and slow to save Images with Max 2012

I have posted this in The Area too but have found the response time there is way too slow, not enough traffic hitting that site.

 

Hi

 

Problem I am having is very slow to save an image and close windows and also constant flikering back and forth between the screens of an image i am trying to save after rendering and the frame buffer.

It is to say the least a pain in the neck, and slowing the work flow down.

 

Using:

Max 2012 design

Vray 2.0+ solid rocks

Dell pecision 690 12 GB ram

gtx 470

 

2 no dell screen 24 inch........

 

Very good spec but I think it is Nitrous.

I can send a video if Autodesk want it.
